Teachers have no other alternative but to file suit

Port Canaveral, FL – Several teachers are suing the Lee County School Board and its superintendent, accusing them of failing to fix mold problems in their schools.
The trio of teachers say the mold infestations threaten their health. Their lawsuit seeks to represent all school employees affected by poor air quality.
In a separate lawsuit, maintenance worker Lorenzo McAfee says he was fired in June after speaking out about the problem. School officials claim they can’t comment until they get a copy from the courts.
