This unscrupulous landlord is taking advantage of low income families with very few housing options who fear to complain of these toxic molds infestations that are causing them, their children, newborns, pregnant women, and those with immunodeficiency to being sickened, and I am their advocate in my attempts to expose, protect, and correct.
